Steven Minick is a Financial and Operational executive with over 30 years of experience in various industries including Big 4 public accounting, real estate development/ management/investments, oil & gas, consulting, ebusiness and hospitality. During Steven’s time at Price Waterhouse, he spent five years as a member of the Firm’s National Office and was responsible for reviewing and coordinating the Firm's response to FASB/SEC and other entities on financial accounting matters. He was also responsible for reviewing and applying existing opinions to current transactions. Steven balances his technical abilities with an ability to communicate and lead teams in all situations. Steven is an experienced Financial Executive with significant operational background. Included in this experience is financial reporting - both GAAP and SEC, tax planning and administration, cash flow forecasting and management, management of legal processes, review and approval of loan origination and documentation, Information Systems oversight and Risk Management responsibilities. Additionally, his responsibilities have included management of banking relationships, acquisition due diligence, human relations/personnel, security and coordination of external legal counsel and other advisors. He has extensive experience in deal structuring and documentation.
