Bill Roberts has more than 29 years of diverse business experience that includes work as a turnaround and financial restructuring professional, senior executive, and management consultant, most often in times of crisis or significant organizational change. His experience covers operations management, financial restructuring and reporting, strategic planning, capital formation and structuring, loan and creditor workouts, bankruptcy management, Article 9 transactions (friendly foreclosure) and enterprise resource planning. His industry experience spans public transportation, consumer products, aerospace, defense contracting, financial services, oil and gas, manufacturing, distribution, and health care. He has led turnaround management operations of a New York based private equity firm, been a partner with a prestigious national turnaround management firm, and has held board positions and served as Chief Financial Officer of a number of privately held corporations.
